The predicted salary is between 12 - 16 £ per hour.

Role - Support Worker (Female). £12.31 per hour in Netherton, Dudley. Day Shifts: 7:30am-3pm & 2:30pm-10pm with a mix of shifts in between these hours. You must be flexible & able to work weekends and a mix of early shifts and late shifts - 37.5 hours per week.

About The Service

  • Essential - must have experience supporting those with Autism.
  • Supported living services for adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Learning Disabilities.
  • Some of the individuals who we support may also present challenging behaviour.
  • We need individuals with strong values, energetic and who have a real passion to enable the individuals we support the ongoing opportunities to achieve their goals.

  • Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills.
  • Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities.
  • Assisting with the development of person centred plans. This includes employment, education and other opportunities.
  • Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments.
  • Providing personal care where needed.
  • Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development.
