We are looking for an outgoing and compassionate Support Worker to join our supported living service, supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities.
This is a rewarding, hands-on role where youll support individuals in a homely setting, helping them develop independence, confidence, and enjoy meaningful daily lives.

What youll be doing: * Supporting individuals with daily routines and activities * Providing personal care with dignity and respect * Encouraging independence and life skills * Supporting social activities and community involvement * Building strong, trusting relationships within a residential setting
Working
