Precious Homes is seeking a Receptionist / Office Administrator to work in our Head Office in Palmers Green, London.

Job Description

There are now opportunities to join our team within the capacity of:

Receptionist/Office Administrator – £7.14 per hour (40 hours per week between Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 17:30pm)

The focus of the role is to act as a first point of contact for visitors, to get to the office to allow staff into the building, be responsible for all reception duties and provide administrative support in a variety of roles as required.

The suitable candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have the ability to balance and execute multiple tasks!

Qualifications

•5 GCSE’s A-C including Maths and English or equivalent – Essential

•NVQ level 2/3 in Business Administration – Essential

•Knowledge of Microsoft Office such as excel and outlook – Essential

•Able to prioritise effectively & efficiently – Essential

•Full UK driving licence – Essential

•At least 2 years service as a Administrator – Desirable
