We're looking for an outgoing and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. You'll be supporting adults with Autism and learning disabilities to live more independent, fulfilling lives—no two days are ever the same.

What you'll be doing:
Supporting individuals with daily routines and activities
Providing personal care with dignity and respect
Encouraging independence and confidence
Supporting social activities and community involvement
Building strong, trusting relationships
Working Hours:
Full time position
Flexible across 7 nights per week
Shifts between 9.45pm and 7.45am
Includes weekend working
What we're looking for:
A friendly, outgoing personality

Flexibility to work a varied shift pattern
Willingness to provide personal care
Experience is beneficial but not essential (full training provided)
