Support worker in Gloucester

40 hours per week
£12.31 per hour
Day Shifts: 9.45pm-7.30am all employees are expected to be fully flexible and be able to work any night of teh week inclusove of weekends
Experience as a support worker or healthcare assistant within a CQC or Ofsted setting is required.

About the service
Our Supported service offers individualised and proactive support for autistic adults, as well as people with learning disabilities and associated needs. Red Kite Court provides a safe environment for eight indivisuals whilst promoting life skills and independance.

Support Worker duties:

• Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
• Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities
• Assisting with the development of person centred plans
