We are looking for an outgoing and compassionate Support Worker to join our supported living service, supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities.

This is a rewarding, hands-on role where youll support individuals in a homely setting, helping them develop independence, confidence, and enjoy meaningful daily lives.

If youre caring, positive, and enjoy working closely with people, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What youll be doing:

  • Supporting individuals with daily routines and activities
  • Providing personal care with dignity and respect
  • Encouraging independence and life skills
  • Supporting social activities and community involvement
  • Building strong, trusting relationships within a residential setting

Working Hours:

  • Full time position
  • Flexible across 7 nights per week
  • Shifts between 9.45pm-7.45am
  • Includes weekend working

  • Flexibility to work a varied shift pattern
  • Willingness to provide personal care
  • Experience is beneficial but not essential (full training provided)
