We are looking for a motivated and organised Internal Recruiter to join our Recruitment Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, helping us attract and recruit talented individuals who share our commitment to delivering exceptional care. The Role As an Internal Recruiter, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment across our services, ensuring we attract, engage and appoint high-quality candidates to meet our staffing needs. Working closely with hiring managers and service teams, you will manage the recruitment process from initial application through to offer, helping to deliver an efficient and positive candidate experience. This is a hybrid role, with occasional travel required to support recruitment days and events across Birmingham, London and Milton Keynes . Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising vacancies and reviewing applications through to arranging interviews and making offers. Work closely with Registered Managers and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and recruitment priorities. Proactively source and engage suitable candidates for Support Worker and other healthcare and care-sector vacancies. Coordinate interviews and recruitment days, including occasional travel to our locations in Birmingham, London and Milton Keynes. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to support current and future staffing needs. Ensure recruitment activity progresses efficiently, minimising delays throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure all relevant documentation is completed in line with company procedures. Deliver a professional and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey. Monitor vacancy progress and communicate regularly with managers and the wider Recruitment Team. About You We are looking for someone who: Has previous recruitment experience, ideally within healthcare, social care or a similar fast-paced environment. Is confident managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities. Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Is organised, proactive and able to work independently. Can build strong working relationships with managers and candidates at all levels. Has a positive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine interest in finding the right people for the right roles. Is flexible and willing to travel occasionally to support recruitment events and recruitment days. What We Offer Salary: £28,000 per annum. Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract.
