We are looking for an outgoing and compassionate Support Worker to join our supported living service on Burghley Road, supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities. This is a rewarding, hands-on role where you'll support individuals in a homely setting, helping them develop independence, confidence, and enjoy meaningful daily lives. What you'll be doing:
- Supporting individuals with daily routines and activities
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Encouraging independence and life skills
- Supporting social activities and community involvement
- Building strong, trusting relationships within a residential setting
Working Hours:
- Full time position
- Flexible across 7 days per week
- Shifts between 7:30am and 10:00pm
- Includes weekend working
