Must have UK RTW and a full UK driving licence. Please note we cannot offer certain days of the week off or a set shift pattern. 37.5-40 hours per week (days) at £12.82 per hour.
Day Shifts: 7.30-3pm, 2.30pm-10pm. All employees are expected to do a mix of shifts including some weekends. Experience as a support worker or healthcare assistant within a CQC or Ofsted setting is required.

About the service: Our Supported service offers individualised and proactive support for autistic adults, as well as people with learning disabilities and associated needs. Red Kite Court provides a safe environment for eight individuals whilst promoting life skills and independence.
Support Worker duties:
- Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
- Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities
- Assisting with the development of person-centred plans, including employment, education and other opportunities
- Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
- Providing personal care where needed
- Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
About Us: At Precious, we work by empowering individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Conditions, and other complex needs, to live as independently as possible, to become integral members of the community and to achieve their goals and aspirations through individual care pathways.
