The predicted salary is between 12.82 - 12.82 £ per hour.

Must have UK RTW and a full UK driving licence. Please note we cannot offer certain days of the week off or a set shift pattern. 37.5-40 hours per week (days) £12.82 per hour.

Day Shifts: 7.30-3pm, 2.30pm-10pm. All employees are expected to do a mix of shifts including some weekends. Experience as a support worker or healthcare assistant within a CQC or Ofsted setting is required.

About the service:

Our Supported service offers individualised and proactive support for autistic adults, as well as people with learning disabilities and associated needs. Red Kite Court provides a safe environment for eight individuals whilst promoting life skills and independence.

Support Worker duties:

  • Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
  • Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities
  • Assisting with the development of person centred plans, including employment, education and other opportunities
  • Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
  • Providing personal care where needed
  • Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
