Location: Milton Keynes - Bletchley

Salary: £12.82 per hour

Role: Full Time Permanent & requires working alternate weekends

Shifts: 7am-2pm & 2pm-9pm

About the service:

Fenny Mews & Stratford View are Supported Living services which provide a step-down service for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism & behaviour which may be described as challenging. Each individual is provided with their own flat alongside access to the internal and external communal spaces. It balances the opportunity for independence development with social integration.

Support Worker duties:
  • Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
  • Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities such as arts, crafts, hobbies
  • Assisting with the development of person-centred plans for our residents, including employment, education and other opportunities
  • Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
  • Providing personal care where needed, always working towards more independence
  • Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
