Full Time Day Support Worker in Fishermead, Milton Keynes.
£12.31 per hour - Flexibility and working some weekends required. Day Shift: 8am-8pm with 3 x 12 hour shifts. 36 hours per week.
Previous experience as a support worker, healthcare assistant, care worker, domiciliary and home care, or in residential homes is desirable but not essential. If you do not have experience, that is no problem as you will have full training, guidance and support.

About the service: Supported living services for adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Learning Disabilities. Some of the individuals we support may also present challenging behaviour. We need individuals with strong values, energy, and a real passion to enable the individuals we support to achieve their goals.
Support Worker duties:- Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
- Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities
- Assisting with the development of person-centred plans, including employment, education, and other opportunities
- Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
- Providing personal care where needed
- Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
