Role - Full Time Permanent.

Service: Red Kite Court and Merlin Mews, supported living services for adults with Autism and learning Disabilities.

As Service Manager, you are responsible for the operational day-to-day management of the service ensuring that your service is compliant with relevant legislation. It is an expectation that Service Managers are visible and leading from the front, which means being regularly on the floor and not being office based.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a high-quality service.
  • Ensuring the service complies with the requirements of the Health & Social Care Legislation, Precious policies and procedures.
  • Supporting with the monthly Registered Managers audit to monitor the service performance.
  • Identifying service improvements from the monthly audit or any other external or internal audits.
  • Ensuring the online staff rota system is updated with all payroll, month-end and lockdown deadlines met.
  • Ensuring service delivery is person-centred, evidenced in support plans, rotas, staff and service meetings, induction, training, and culture of the service.
