Role: Female Day Support Worker
Locations: The Hyde, Wembley
Salary: £12.31 per hour, 37.5 hours per week
Essential - Experience with Autism and Challenging Behaviour
Shifts: You will be required to do a mix of early and late shifts ranging from 7.30am to 10.00pm
Contract: Permanent full time & requires working alternate weekends

Services: The Wembley Services provides Supported Living services for adults with Learning Disability, Autism needs & Behaviours that may be described as challenging. Our aim is to develop skills, independence and confidence as fully as possible both at home and in the community.
Support Worker duties:
- Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
- Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities such as arts, crafts, hobbies
- Assisting with the development of person centred plans for our residents including employment, education and other opportunities
- Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
- Providing personal care where needed always working towards more independence
- Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
