Service
Vermont House is a bespoke Residential Service designed to support up to six autistic adults, or those with learning disabilities and associated needs, to develop skills and confidence for independent living.

Support Worker Duties
- Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
- Assisting with daily goals & activities such as arts, crafts, hobbies
- Developing person-centred plans for residents, including employment, education, and other opportunities
- Maintaining records and risk assessments
- Providing personal care with a focus on promoting independence
- Supporting daily activities and personal development
