Role - Support Worker £12.31 per hour in Netherton, Dudley
Day Shifts: 7:30am-3pm & 2:30pm-10pm with a mix of shifts in between these hours. You must be flexible & able to work weekends and a mix of early shifts and late shifts - 37.5 hours per week.
Essential: must have experience supporting those with Autism.
About the service: Supported living services for adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Learning Disabilities. Some of the individuals who we support may also present challenging behaviour. We need individuals with strong values, energetic and who have a real passion to enable the individuals we support the ongoing opportunities to achieve their goals.

- Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
- Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities
- Assisting with the development of person centred plans including employment, education and other opportunities
- Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
- Providing personal care where needed
- Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
