Job Title: Day Support Worker
Location: Milton Keynes – Bletchley
Salary: £12.31 per hour
Role: Full-Time Permanent, requires working alternate weekends
Shifts: 7am-2pm & 2pm-9pm, working a mix of shifts

About the Service
Fenny Mews & Stratford View are Supported Living services providing step-down support for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and challenging behaviours. Each individual has their own flat with access to communal spaces, promoting independence and social integration.
Support Worker Duties
- Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
- Assisting with daily goals and activities such as arts, crafts, and hobbies
- Developing person-centred plans, including employment and education opportunities
- Maintaining records and risk assessments
- Providing personal care, always working towards greater independence
- Supporting daily activities and development
