You’ll be supporting adults with Autism and learning disabilities to live more independent, fulfilling lives; no two days are ever the same. What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting individuals with daily routines and activities
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Encouraging independence and confidence
- Supporting social activities and community involvement
- Building strong, trusting relationships
Working Hours:
- Full time position
- Flexible across 7 days per week
- Shifts between 7:30am and 10:00pm
- Includes weekend working
