Salary: £12.31 per hour
Role: Full Time Permanent 37.5 hours. NOT OPEN TO SPONSORSHIP
Shifts: 7:30am-3pm & 2:30pm-10pm. You must be able to work both shifts & work weekends.
6 months or more experience within a CQC regulated environment for adults with additional needs is essential.

About the service: We have 2 supported living services on the same site that support adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health needs. There will need to be support with complex needs and behaviours that may be described as challenging.
Support Worker duties:- Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
- Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities such as arts, crafts, hobbies
- Assisting with the development of person centred plans for our residents including employment, education and other opportunities
- Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
- Providing personal care where needed always working towards more independence
- Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
