As part of this growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced ServiceNow Developer on a contract basis, to play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business delivering complex operational and customer-facing services across a variety of sectors.
The successful candidate will work on challenging projects spanning service management, customer operations, field services, asset management, workflow automation, and platform integrations.
Required Skills & Experience- Extensive hands‑on ServiceNow development and configuration experience
- Experience delivering solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules, including:
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Field Service Management (FSM)
- Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
- Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
- Strong JavaScript development skills within the ServiceNow platform
- Proven experience with:
- Glide API
- Flow Designer
- IntegrationHub
- REST APIs
- JSON and XML payloads
- Import Sets and Transform Maps
- Service Portal and UI Builder
- Workspace development
- Notifications and email scripting
- Experience designing scalable workflows and automation solutions
