Customer Service Administrator | Nottingham | Permanent |

We're working with a leading engineering and manufacturing business, who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their commercial team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to support key accounts within the aerospace and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer enquiries, quotations and sales orders.

Build strong relationships with existing customers.

Maintain accurate CRM and ERP records.

Provide order updates and support on-time delivery.

Liaise with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.

Support the sales team with day-to-day commercial activities.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in sales support, customer service or commercial administration.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Experience using CRM/ERP systems is desirable.

Manufacturing or engineering experience is advantageous.
