We are looking for an Installation & Service Technician to join a growing team in a newly created role due tocontinued business growth and increasing customer demand. This is a varied role that combines field-based installation work, customer support, product setup, trainingdeliveryand ongoing account management. One day you could be installing equipment and configuring systems on customer sites, while the next you could be delivering training, supporting customers with reportingsoftwareor helping them understand important health and safety compliance requirements. We're interested in speaking with practical, people-focused individuals who enjoy working with power tools and technology. You may come from manufacturing, production, engineering support, construction, field service,supervisoryor other hands-on environments. Equally, ifyou'resomeone with strong DIY skills, a practicalmindsetand the ability to build credibility with customers,we'dlove to hear from you. The successful candidate will beconfidentcommunicating with people at all levels, both face-to-face and remotely.You'llbe comfortable delivering engaging training sessions to groups, building long-term customerrelationshipsand learning technical product knowledge, softwareplatformsand industry regulations.
Whatyou'llbe doing:
- Installing and configuring equipment on customer sites.
- Delivering customer training and ensuring successful system adoption.
- Providing ongoing support and troubleshootingassistance.
- Building strong customer relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact.
- Reviewing data and helping customers understand compliance and best practice.
- Travelling extensively throughout the UK to support customer projects.
Whatwe'relooking for:
- A practical, hands-on approach and confidence using power tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A willingness to learn technical and regulatory information.
- Good computer literacy and confidence using software systems.
- The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- A full UK drivinglicense.
- Flexibility to travel regularly and stay away from home when required.
