Key Responsibilities
- Execute testing activities across the Product Information and Stock solutions.
- Identify, record, and verify defects.
- Support regression testing for system changes.
- Work with development teams to clarify expected behaviour and confirm issue resolution.
- Collaborate with implementation and support teams to investigate system behaviour and reported issues.
- Maintain and contribute to testing documentation and test cases.
- Ensuring product releases can be safely deployed to the production environment.
