We're working with a leading engineering and manufacturing business, who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to support key accounts within the aerospace and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries, quotations and sales orders.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers.
- Maintain accurate CRM and ERP records.
- Provide order updates and support on-time delivery.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.
- Support the sales team with day-to-day commercial activities.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service or commercial administration.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience using CRM/ERP systems is desirable.
- Manufacturing or engineering experience is advantageous.
