Customer Service Administrator Nottingham Permanent

We're working with a leading engineering and manufacturing business, who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to support key accounts within the aerospace and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer enquiries, quotations and sales orders.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and ERP records.
  • Provide order updates and support on-time delivery.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Support the sales team with day-to-day commercial activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service or commercial administration.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience using CRM/ERP systems is desirable.
  • Manufacturing or engineering experience is advantageous.
