Community Home Care: Precedo Healthcare is a trusted provider of high-quality home care services for people living in their own homes often with family, in Sheffield and require palliative care. At the heart of our service is the understanding that our dedicated and professional carers are the true ambassadors of Precedo Healthcare. We have a branch based in Sheffield serving clients in all areas of Sheffield.
We are looking to hire full-time and part-time staff to join our team and offer a great working environment for suitable candidates. Small rounds and longer than 15 min calls.
We offer:
- Full and Part time hours available
- Paid Full Shift - Double call
- Induction Training
- Carer mentoring, Shadowing and Training
- Ongoing training and support upskilling
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised care to clients with kindness and respect
- Assist with daily activities like personal care, meal prep, and mobility
- Monitor health conditions
- Maintain accurate care records
- Use Electronic call monitoring
Requirements:
- Previous care or support experience is essential - additional training will be provided
- Empathy, patience, reliable and a passion for helping others
- Full driving licence and own car required
- Able to work lates/evening and weekends
- Driving license and access to car essential
