Precedo Healthcare are currently recruiting family support teams in Trafford and the surrounding areas to work within family homes. You will be joining an established support team who have worked with the families for a while.
Our families all have different levels of support needed, some of which could be challenging. You would be required to work with families during the busy morning routine in term time, 7.00am - 9.00am and ad hoc hours during school holidays. Additional hours may be available depending on the needs of the families.
We do require at least six months experience of working in a support worker role or Healthcare Assistant position, in the past three years and have a commitment to providing compassionate, person-centred care to vulnerable people.
Please note the above position requires a fully enhanced adult and child DBS on the update service or willingness to pay £55.00 to complete a DBS application. Candidates are also required to attend 1 day practical training and complete online eLearning prior to starting work.
