Due to expansion, Precedo Healthcare is recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants to deliver care with Service Users in their own homes in the LS10 and surrounding areas of Leeds. Our clients all have additional needs that require support on a daily basis.
Schedule
We can offer part and full time rotas including evenings and weekends on a long‑term basis. Our call time tends to be longer than 1 hour per client.
Responsibilities
- Delivering personal care
- Taking part in activities
- Assisting with feeding
- Close monitoring and observations
- Completing and updating care plans and other documentation
- Liaising with GPs, other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, and/or family members
- Administering medication
Full training on specific areas will be provided where necessary.
Candidate Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Minimum of 6 months UK experience in the past 2 years
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and own transport required
- Only applicants with an existing and unrestricted Right to Work in the UK can be considered for this role
