Precedo are recruiting experienced Support Workers to join our Agency as a support worker initially working with one of our clients via Precedo, with the option to join their team as a permanent staff member following 12 weeks on agency. You must be able to commit your full availability for the first 12 weeks. These support worker roles are based at a specialist adult supported living service in Darwen and Blackburn.
Candidate must hold a UK work status that does not require employer facilitation.
Position Overview:Support Worker
Initial 12 week rota managed by Precedo Healthcare - working with the clients as a support worker. Upon successful completion, possible option into a permanent role with the client in a support worker role or option to remain registered with Precedo for additional shift support worker opportunities.
Key Details:- Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts – 8am-8pm (Days) | 8pm-8am (Nights)
- Support Ratio: Working on a 2:1 due to complex needs
- Service operates 24/7 – full flexibility and availability required
NAPPI Training (Non-Abusive Psychological and Physical Intervention) is desired - client willing to provide NAPPI training free of charge for committed staff.
Due to the nature of the role, this position requires experienced Support Workers only, who are able to provide UK references.
