Your Role: As a Support Worker, you'll be a vital part of a person-centred team, helping individuals lead their most independent lives. Each day will be unique, with your responsibilities including:
- Ensuring Safety Wellbeing: Help our clients stay safe, manage their medications, and ensure their environment is clean and comfortable.
- Supporting Daily Living: Assist with everything from personal care to helping clients develop new skills and engage in their favourite activities.

What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of six months of experience as a Support Worker within the last three years.
