Location: Sheffield & surrounding areas
Pay: £12.25 – £13.75 per hour + £1.50 per call
Are you an experienced and caring individual looking to make a real difference in people\’s lives? Precedo Healthcare is currently recruiting Community Care Assistants to provide exceptional end-of-life care to clients in the comfort of their own homes.
We\’re looking for compassionate, reliable carers who are passionate about delivering person-centred care with dignity and respect. If you\’re someone who takes pride in going the extra mile, we want to hear from you!
What You\’ll Do:
Provide essential care and emotional support to individuals at the end of life.
Administer or assist with medication, including controlled pain relief.
Use electronic recording systems to ensure accurate documentation.
Work independently and confidently across the Sheffield area.
What You\’ll Need:
Previous experience in home or community care, especially around medication support.
A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
A genuine passion for caring and supporting people in their own homes.
Confidence in using electronic systems for care notes and medication logs.
