Due to growth in our Continuing Healthcare department, we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic care Co-ordinator to join our expanding South Yorkshire team. This team provides care and treatment for individuals living within their own homes and in residential care settings, with complex care needs and end of life care.

Working within a small, multidisciplinary team and working closely with the Regional Manager you will be required to:

  • Prepare weekly staff rotas
