Support Worker

Experienced Support Workers – BurnleyPay: £12.60 – £14.50 per hourShifts: Long Days, Nights, Waking Nights

We’re looking for experienced Support Workers to join Precedo Healthcare on an Agency basis, you will be supporting – an award-winning residential service supporting adults with Autism and Learning Disabilities.

Working in a specially designed home to meet diverse and complex needs, there are 6 annexes each with en-suite bedrooms and private living areas. Communal areas include a shared kitchen, games room, gym, garden, trampoline, and more – promoting both independence and a vibrant, social atmosphere.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing high-quality, person-centred care

• Supporting with daily tasks, medication, and routines

• Engaging in a wide range of activities: swimming, beach trips, hair & beauty days.

• Assisting hospital transitions and supporting mental health needs

• Collaborating with residents to shape their own routines and goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months UK care experience (essential)

• Enhanced DBS required or willing to apply

• Passionate about support work and building positive relationships

• Comfortable with a high staff-to-resident support ratio (3:2:1 to 1:2:1
