Due to growing demand, Precedo Healthcare is recruiting experienced and compassionate Support Workers to work with young people and adolescents in residential settings across Hyde. This is a rewarding, hands-on role where you’ll help young people build confidence, stability, and independence through consistent daily support. You’ll be working directly with young people and adolescents, supporting routines, engaging in activities, providing emotional support, assisting with personal care where needed, and using de-escalation techniques to manage challenging situations safely and effectively.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience supporting young people/adolescents with additional needs
- Calm, resilient, and confident under pressure
- Knowledge of Autism, learning disabilities, or complex needs (preferred)
- Ability to build strong, professional relationships
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Driving licence beneficial
