What You'll Do:
- Provide essential care and emotional support to individuals at the end of life.
- Administer or assist with medication, including controlled pain relief.
- Use electronic recording systems to ensure accurate documentation.
- Work independently and confidently across the Sheffield area.
What You'll Need:
- Previous experience in home or community care, especially around medication support.
- A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
- A genuine passion for caring and supporting people in their own homes.
- Confidence in using electronic systems for care notes and medication logs.
