Are you passionate about supporting curious, confident learners aged 2–5 years? Do you enjoy mentoring others, leading with positivity, and creating meaningful learning experiences? If so, we’d love to hear from you. Prebbleton Early Learners is seeking a certificated ECE teacher to join our team as team leader in our kindergarten room. This is a permanent position for approximately 34–36 hours per week.
As team leader, you will support and mentor teachers, guide planning and assessment, contribute to internal evaluation, and help foster a respectful, collaborative team culture. Working closely with management, you’ll help maintain strong routines, effective communication, and high-quality care and education.
