Pre- is London\’s most exciting beauty destination, built for both clients and our talented team to feel their best. We\’re seeking an experienced Senior Beauty Therapist to join our Islington studio, delivering expert facials and waxing treatments while mentoring junior therapists.

Treatments You\’ll Deliver

• Bespoke facials & LED light therapy
• Advanced tech: Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Radio Frequency, Galvanic, Mesotherapy, High Frequency
• Hydrafacials
• Full body, intimate & facial waxing (hot & strip wax)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver flawless facials and waxing to treatment protocols.
• Carry out consultations, treatment plans, and personalised recommendations.
• Apply strong knowledge of skin anatomy & physiology.
• Stay up to date with skincare products, trends & techniques.
• Build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Mentor junior therapists to maintain high standards.
• Maintain strict hygiene & safety protocols.
• Promote/sell products and additional services.

About You

• Minimum 5+ years\’ salon, spa or clinic experience.
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy.
• Skilled in classic facials, Hydrafacials & advanced technology.
• Excellent communication, customer care & sales skills.
• Strong attention to detail, leadership & mentoring ability.
• Weekend availability essential.
• Experience with Medik8 products (training provided if needed).
