We're looking for a creative, organised and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team, working across a range of clients within the construction industry.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, loves coming up with ideas and is keen to learn and grow their marketing skills. Experience in either marketing or construction is preferred, and agency experience is beneficial, but attitude, initiative and a willingness to learn are what matters most.
What you can expect
Your day-to-day can look very different as you’ll have multiple clients and tasks to keep you busy. But for the most part, you can expect most of your days to consist of a variety of the below:
- Regular client communication: Building strong client relationships, managing day-to-day communication and keeping projects moving.
- Social media management: Developing content strategies, creating and scheduling content, and monitoring performance and analytics.
- Content creation: Creating engaging, on-brand content across digital and print channels. An eye for design, creativity and attention to detail are a big plus.
- Marketing opportunities: Keeping an eye on industry trends and identifying opportunities to help our clients stand out and grow.
- Marketing strategies: Contributing ideas towards developing marketing strategies tailored to each client.
- Events: Helping plan, organise and deliver client events, from the initial ideas through to execution.
- Reporting: Monthly reporting that provides clear analytics that drives a response from the team and shows clients what’s performing.
- Copywriting: Write clear and engaging content for socials, websites and other marketing materials.
You don’t have to excel at all the above off the bat. You will be supported by the team around you, and we will provide as much guidance as possible to help you improve any skills or elements you feel uncertain about. It really is all about attitude from us.
