A large and inclusive Primary School in Ealing, West London is seeking an enthusiastic and committed EYFS Teacher to join their Early Years team on a long-term basis. This role sits within a well-established Early Years provision that places a strong emphasis on inclusion, early development and creating strong foundations for learning.

The EYFS setting has capacity for up to 100 children (50 morning / 50 afternoon) and is currently operating at around 80 children, supported by three full-time Early Years support staff. This enables a strong focus on high-quality provision, child development and meaningful interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching within the EYFS phase, supporting Nursery-aged children
  • Planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework
  • Creating a nurturing, inclusive and well-structured learning environment
  • Supporting children's communication, social, emotional and early learning development
  • Working closely with experienced EYFS practitioners and support staff
  • Building positive and trusting relationships with families and carers
