- Key Responsibility
- Designing treatments, pitch documents, and internal communications.
- Art direction and design for print and digital assets across Sony artist campaigns and wider initiatives, including (but not limited to) logos, single/album/EP artwork, digital assets, and merchandise.
- Layout and design for CD and vinyl formats.
- Liaising with the Visual Creative team and other stakeholders to ensure creative work is prioritised and delivered on time.
- Keeping up to date with the latest design and technology developments.
- Participating in creative sessions alongside the Visual Creative team, marketing managers, artist managers, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Technical skill of Cinema 4D or similar 3D/design software.
- A sharp eye for visual detail and a passion for contemporary design trends across fashion, photography, and typography.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaborative and communication skills for working across creative and marketing teams.
Annual salary of £28,480 (London Living Wage).
