Commercial Office | On-site - Hook (Buildings Form 1 & 2)
Were looking for a proactive, hands-on Building Manager to take ownership of a circa 108,000 sq ft commercial office asset space across our site, with a strong focus on tenant experience, ESG and building standards. Youll be a visible presence for corporate office tenants across two buildings, external areas and an on-site café, including building strong tenant relationships and creating initiatives and events that bring occupiers together.
This isnt a reactive role. We want someone who spots issues and opportunities early, takes ownership and sees things through, from maintenance and contractor performance to building presentation and tenant concerns.
Were particularly interested in someone from a luxury hospitality, concierge, front-of-house, facilities or high-end customer service background who combines exceptional client service with a practical understanding of how buildings operate.
