We’re hiring a Deputy Club Director to support the full pre-opening journey, from building the team and setting exceptional service standards to ensuring a seamless launch and leading daily operations in a fast-paced, premium environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead pre-opening activities, including team building and setting service standards.
- Ensure a seamless launch and daily operations in a fast-paced, premium environment.
- Collaborate with senior management to shape the world‑class venue from the ground up.
Qualifications
- Experience as a casino Deputy General Manager, Deputy Club Director or above in a high-volume London casino.
- Strong casino operational expertise with large teams.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Personal Management Licence (PML).
