Praxis is seeking a Leasing professional to take ownership of leasing and marketing vacant space across our shopping centre portfolio. You will work closely with the Asset Management team to drive performance and deliver against KPIs, with London-based onsite role and nationwide travel.
In this role you will respond to enquiries, conduct on-site inspections, negotiate Heads of Terms, and develop marketing campaigns.
