Job Summary

The Head of Operational Marketing and Growth Enablement is responsible for the operational leadership of the Group’s marketing function, translating the commercial objectives of Elevate28 into coordinated marketing delivery across jurisdictions.

Operating at Associate Director level, the role provides technical expertise, operational leadership and commercial advice to senior stakeholders, develops policies and processes, manages strategic supplier relationships and leads the continuous improvement of the function.

  • Lead the operational management of the Marketing & Business Development function and translate strategic priorities into deliverable work programmes.
  • Develop and implement operational plans, policies, standards and governance across the function.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, efficiency and commercial impact, making recommendations to the Group Head and Chief Commercial Officer.
  • Lead, coach and develop direct reports, creating clear objectives, performance expectations and development plans.
  • Marketing Operations & Digital Delivery
  • Oversee the Group website, digital platforms, marketing technology stack and external agencies.
  • Ensure integrated campaigns are delivered effectively across service lines and jurisdictions.
  • Own marketing governance, quality assurance, brand consistency and operational standards.
  • Provide technical oversight of SEO, analytics, UX and digital optimisation.
  • Growth Enablement & Client Relationship Management
  • Lead the development of marketing operations supporting business development, including CRM adoption, lead management, campaign automation and marketing reporting.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs and insight to support commercial decision-making and pipeline visibility.
  • Support key client programmes, focus market campaigns and cross-referral initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Work with senior leaders to align marketing delivery with commercial priorities.
  • Represent Marketing & Business Development on cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Risk & Governance
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, copyright, data protection and brand requirements.
  • Manage supplier governance and procurement processes for marketing systems and services.
  • Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
  • Degree in marketing, business or related discipline and/or CIM or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 5+ years’ experience leading marketing operations within a regulated professional or financial services environment.
  • Expert knowledge of marketing operations, CRM, digital platforms, analytics and campaign delivery.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading change across a support function.
  • Demonstrable people leadership and supplier management experience.
