About the Role As a Retail Property Manager, you will support the management of a diverse portfolio of commercial retail assets, collaborating closely with Asset Managers, Facilities Managers, and Operational Finance teams. Your role will focus on assisting with day-to-day property operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining properties in optimal condition. This role offers hands-on experience in retail property management, with mentorship and development opportunities to help you grow in your career. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will assist and support the Property Management team in areas including: Tenant Relationships: Supporting tenant communication, addressing inquiries, and helping to resolve landlord-tenant issues. Financial Oversight: Assisting with service charge budgeting, invoice approvals, and rent collection processes in collaboration with Operational Finance teams. Property Operations: Supporting property inspections, Health & Safety compliance, and sustainability initiatives. Lease Administration: Coordinating responses to tenant applications, assisting with lease documentation, and contributing to periodic reports for Asset Managers. Collaboration: Working closely with Asset Managers to support leasing activities, tenant meetings, and property viewings. Data Management: Ensuring accurate record-keeping in the property database. To succeed in this role, you will: Be RICS-qualified or working towards it, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in commercial property management (must be in retail properties or shopping centres). Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to engage with tenants and stakeholders effectively. Possess a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a desire to learn and grow. Show a keen interest in sustainability and compliance. Be financially literate with an understanding of service charges and asset performance metrics. Why Join Us?
