Praxis Group is seeking a hands-on Building Manager to own the day-to-day operation of Quinton Business Park, with oversight of Geneva House. This standalone role is based at Quinton Building 4, with occasional travel between sites required and a valid driving licence.
You’ll be the on-site representative, ensuring buildings run smoothly, manage tenant relationships, coordinate contractors and maintain safety, compliance and presentation.
