At Praxis, we are looking for an organised, commercially curious marketing professional to help deliver activity that strengthens our connections with clients and professional advisers across our international network.
Working with the Group Head of Marketing & Business Development and colleagues across our offices, you will turn ideas and insight into well-executed campaigns, communications and events. This is a hands-on role with variety, responsibility for agreed projects and the opportunity to build your experience across relationship marketing and business development.
Job summary
You will help us understand what matters to our clients and intermediaries, contribute to relevant and engaging communications and bring colleagues together to deliver coordinated activity.
The role combines thoughtful planning with practical delivery. You will work closely with marketing, commercial and client-facing colleagues, keeping projects moving and helping the team learn from feedback and results.
Key responsibilities
- Help plan and deliver client and intermediary engagement activity across offices and service lines
- Coordinate targeted campaigns and communications, working with colleagues on briefs, content and delivery
- Organise client and intermediary events, from planning and invitations through to follow-up
- Coordinate surveys and other feedback activity, drawing out useful findings to inform future engagement
- Research organisations and audiences to support relevant marketing and business development activity
- Help develop case studies, testimonials and other content that demonstrates the value of our work, subject to the appropriate approvals
- Use CRM and marketing tools to support effective targeting, maintain accurate information and report on activity
- Take responsibility for agreed project plans, deadlines and follow-up, working confidently with colleagues across the business
- Contribute to wider marketing and business development priorities as required, consistent with the level of the role
Skills
You will have relevant experience in marketing, business development, client engagement or a similar role, with the organisational skills to manage several projects and the confidence to work with a range of colleagues in a collaborative way.

- The ability to interpret feedback and data and explain what it means
- Attention to detail and sound judgement when handling confidential information
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills and a willingness to develop your knowledge of CRM and marketing tools
Experience in professional services or another relationship-led sector would be helpful, as would experience using CRM, survey or email marketing platforms. A relevant marketing, communications or business qualification is desirable, but we also welcome equivalent practical experience.
