About Praxis Facilities Management:

Praxis Facilities Management Ltd (“PFM”) provides the necessary on‑site services to Praxis Real Estate Management managed properties which includes 400+ directly employed individuals covering management, operations, marketing, security, administration, maintenance and cleaning.

The role:

  • You’ll take a proactive, on‑ground approach to managing the estate, ensuring all public, communal and tenanted areas are safe, secure and well maintained.
  • Maintain compliance with all statutory requirements and internal standards.
  • Oversee facilities management and contractor activity on site, ensuring work is carried out safely and to specification.
  • Maintain accurate records, including asset registers, tenant information and compliance documentation.
  • Manage health, safety and security, responding effectively to incidents and emergency situations.
  • Carry out basic maintenance tasks where required.

A key part of the role is delivering an excellent on‑site experience:

  • Build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations across reception, deliveries and contractor access.

About you:

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Comfortable working in a hands‑on, site‑based environment.
  • Highly organised, observant and detail‑focused.
  • Confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Proactive, reliable and able to work under pressure and use initiative.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Experience in facilities, estates or a public‑facing environment.
  • A strong understanding of health & safety responsibilities.
  • Relevant qualifications such as IOSH Managing Safely and/or FM/SIA certification.
  • The ability to contribute to budget management and service charge oversight.

This is a great opportunity to join a high‑performing, entrepreneurial business where you’ll have real ownership of your site and the chance to make a visible impact day‑to‑day.
