Are you a skilled digital campaigning, communications or marketing professional with a passion for social justice? Do you know how to design, deliver and optimise campaigning and mobilisation strategies that convert online engagement into real world action? Join Praxis, a dynamic migrants’ rights charity, and help amplify the voices of those often unheard.

This is an exciting opportunity to take our creative approach to supporter mobilisation and campaigning to the next level. You’ll develop and deliver high-impact digital mobilisation and campaigning strategies that help us drive change.

Working closely with our Head of Advocacy and wider Campaigns and Advocacy team, you’ll:

  • Design and deliver digital mobilisation strategies that engage and grow our supporters, strengthen campaigns and help generate income;
  • Create compelling content across email, web and social channels;
  • Manage digital campaigns;
  • Analyse performance data and identify new opportunities for impact;

What you’ll bring: You’ll be experienced in digital campaigning, supporter engagement and multi-channel communications, confident using digital tools, analytics and audience insights to build effective campaigns. You'll be an excellent communicator, collaborative team player and strategic thinker, with a commitment to equality, diversity and the rights of migrants.

About Praxis: Praxis is a dynamic, award-winning human rights charity supporting migrants in crisis or at-risk, ensuring that their essential human needs are met and that they can overcome the barriers they face. We work to build community, challenge exclusion and discrimination, influence policy and improve services. We played a leading role in exposing the Windrush scandal and campaign for lasting and systemic changes to address the root causes of the issues faced by at-risk migrants.
