Whats the Role:Support Worker What It Takes: An important part of the staff role is to support the needs of individuals through the ethos and values of Praxis Care. So the ability to be resilient, to communicate effectively and to utilise a variety of communication tools is essential. Our dedicated staff team support our individuals to learn and develop their skills to aid in their independence. Each staff member has something to bring to the role and we encourage staff to use their humour and sense of fun and creativity in supporting our individuals with day to day life. Where You Would Work: Mantlin Cottage, Kesh Mantlin Cottage is a residential care home service for adults located in Kesh. We support adults with people with a learning disability with behaviours which challenge. We provide group housing with shared communal facilities (living and kitchen areas) while each individual has their own bedroom. Staff are available 24/7.
