Whats the Role:Support Worker What It Takes: An important part of the staff role is to support the needs of individuals through the ethos and values of Praxis Care. So the ability to be resilient, to communicate effectively and to utilise a variety of communication tools is essential. Our dedicated staff team support our individuals to learn and develop their skills to aid in their independence. Where You Would Work: Kesh Supported Living Services Kesh supported living covers 2 facilities in the rural area of Kesh. All services are bespoke and tailored to enhance the quality of life and independence of all the individuals we support. We promote person centred support and we aspire to uphold their choices, wishes, and rights by striving to empower each individual to be a part of their own community. We provide in-house day opportunities, community outings, shopping trips, overnight holidays and a range of other activities of choice.
